You would imagine there are hundreds of thousands of cars for sale – you would be right!
However when it comes to the “right” cars that is a completely different matter!
I spend many – many hours each week trawling the market looking for cars I consider have the right “potential” for MY customers. Now I must make clear I only fish in a fairly small pond. Around 95% of the cars I source come from Main Dealers and primarily these are cars they have taken in as Part Exchanges but do not fit their own selling criteria. By way of example a while back I managed to get my hands on a 2002 Hyundai Accent – perhaps not the most desirable looking car in the world but a cracking workhorse and this was one of the best I had ever seen. Anyway, it came from a Lexus Main Dealer – Imagine that in their prestigious showroom in Cheshire – I almost expected them to ask me to collect it under cover of darkness!
Finding not only the right cars but those appropriate to my customers is not an easy task. As the number I now sell has increased so has the need to cast my
net further afield.
Here are just some of places I have been to get those LITTLE-BELTERS…
