5-Star Service for My Fiat 500

Recent LittleBELTERS Customer Shares Delight With Our Service.

It always feels great to see one of our Little Belters go off to a new home. In the past 18 months, we have been very lucky to have had some wonderful customers and it is always nice to receive positive comments about our service. Here is another fantastic piece of feedback we recently received.

THE CAR.

Fiat 500’s are very “trendy cars” making them very popular, so to buy one in you have to be willing to be tenacious in the fight for them – and to sell one quickly you have to stand out above the rest.

We recently¬†fought very hard on the auctions to purchase a stunning Fiat 500 in red – low mileage, great service history and one which had been well-looked after – the epitome of “LittleBELTERS

Within 48 hours of winning the car, we had picked it up from a Main Dealership in Staffordshire and checked it mechanically. As there was very little needed other than our MOT and service this meant we could spend plenty of time making it sparkle.

THE CUSTOMER

Within a couple of days of our adverts going live –¬†we received a phone call from a customer wanting to come from Warrington to view the car. We were delighted to tell the customer they could come straight down to view the car.

That afternoon, a lovely couple – the Russell’s – came to view the car and took it for a test drive tailored to suit their driving needs. On returning to the Little Belters HQ, the Russell’s said how much they loved the car and a deal was quickly sorted.

The vehicle was then MOT’d, Serviced and re-sparkled for a couple of days later for when the car was collected.

FEEDBACK

Whilst this process is something we repeat on each sale – it is never repetitive. We always believe that every customer should be treated as though they are family.

It is of course, our hope that our customers will come back to us for Servicing and MOT’s, and we appreciate customers will only do this if they are happy with our service. More importantly though, it’s just a nicer way of doing things!
