I must confess I have had this in the workshop for a few weeks waiting for a chance to work on it. Have now replaced – 2 Tyres + Front Shock Absorbers + Front Discs and Pads + Anti roll bar link + Wheel Trims. Over the years these have been one of my most popular selling cars – I can understand why – they are good to look at and easy to work on – with parts being plentiful and cheap. It has the usual scuffs / scratches and dinks but overall is in good condition both inside and out and is mechanically sound – the only thing that lets it down is some paint-bubble on the tailgate (pictured) – at this price it would not justify a trip to the body-shop. Let’s face it if it lasts you a few years before going to the big Ford scrap yard in the sky – it would owe you nothing. Only one key.

Finding anything decent in this price range is never easy – at the moment it is especially difficult – I should know I am searching every day. As ever there are plenty of “lemons” around.

I would not think this will be with me very long – grab it whilst you can.
