“In his advert Dave described the Fiat Punto we purchased as a “Little Belter” and it is. The car is exactly as Dave described, as was sold for a very fair price, and is a real pleasure to drive. What has impressed us even more is the back up service. What turned out to be a relatively minor electrical fault resulted in our returning the car for repair. We had the use of a loan car and Dave would not return the car until he was absolutely sure it was in good order. I rarely bother writing reviews but on this occasion feel that Dave and his team deserve nothing but praise and gratitude. To Dave, Janet and all the team a BIG thank you.”

“Bought a 2nd hand car (2006) from them last year, and it's just approaching its MOT without a single problem so far. They have a good, simple business model where it makes financial sense for them to treat their customers properly. As a single woman, it was refreshing to be treated as an intelligent adult. Car was advertised online, fitted my needs seemed a good price, so I called and reserved. Easy to arrange a test drive. There were a few minor issues with the car, which they fixed and had it MOT'd and valeted 2 days' later. The office staff arranged the tax, and I was set. Even after doing a lot of research, and being confident the model was reliable, I still had a niggling doubt about such a good deal being legit, but everyone there was upfront, friendly and helpful. An excellent family company - will definitely use again and happy to recommend.”

“I just wanted to let you know I am loving the red Beetle. When I bought it the passenger door wouldn’t unlock with the key fob. You offered me to bring it back if the issue continued. I did the “woman” thing and read the manual and it is a safety feature of the car if you press it outside of range it won’t open the passenger door. I am getting use to this. I felt confident when buying from you, I loved the advert for her “now named Betty.” I sat in traffic for 45 minutes yesterday and instead of feeling stressed I just enjoyed the time in my new car. I felt that you were honest and fair with the deal you gave me. I have absolutely recommended you to all of my friends, and when it comes time I will use your services again. I am over the moon with my new car and am currently looking at a new flower and some funky car mats for her. I love, LOVE, LOVE her.”
