UNDERGOING FINAL PREPERATION

A bit of background on this one! I sourced this 4 months ago from a Vauxhall Dealer down in Somerset. I knew it had been adapted (rotating front passenger seat and rear wheelchair hoist) for its former Disabled owner. As a fair few of my customers are not in the first flush of youth, I had thought it might appeal to one or two of them. However, on reflection, I realised I knew nothing about the kit that had been fitted and, as I could not be 100% certain of its serviceability, I could not sell it as it was. Volume of other work has meant we have only just got around to reverting it back to its standard form.

So what about the car itself?

For those of you doing your research, you will have realised that, as an Automatic Petrol, there are very few decent ones of these around. This is in very good condition and comes with our usual 12 month MOT and 3 month warranty.

I suppose they are a bit of a “Marmite” car – but if you are looking for something incredibly versatile – school runs – shopping – camping trips – recreational – AND an Automatic – these are pretty hard to beat. Personally, I like the fact they are a bit “quirky” but, there again, my all time favourite car is the 1960s Citroen DS!
